Fun in the Sun!!

Who would have guessed mid-January would find 76 penning teams chasing around in the sunshine! Our last penning date had just that—plus good cows, good friends, good horses and good fun! Thanks to those who showed up early to put on collars and to those who stayed late to take them off and put the pen away. Great crew “upstairs” who checked us all in, ran the timer and kept things moving along!

Don’t forget the next penning date is coming right up January 21^st. Call in your teams, make plans with friends and we’ll see y’all again soon!

Penning and Membership Information

Membership Information

Memberships run from October 1st to September 31st of each year ( "Season"). Beside helping the club out, membership entitles you to participate at events, clinics, and at the annual meeting and dinner. Everyone must be a member to participate at any Walla Walla Team Penners Events!

Membership Cost:

$20.00 Single

$25.00 Family

(Family membership includes member, spouse and children less than 18 years of age,or still in high school)

Cost of Pennings

Practice Format

Members: $20 per go - 3 runs total

Youth: $12 per go - 3 runs total (16 and under, must wear helmet!)

Price is per person per team.

Due to Insurance reasons, everyone must be a member to ride in any Walla Walla Team Penners Event!

Everyone must have a Release Form on file for the current season to participate at any WWTP Event!
